They are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee accounting procedures and prepare forecasts, budgets and risk analysis. They are focused on candidates who show a strong business acumen and who are able to own the cost accounting as well as being a commercial strategist and decision maker.

Key overview of duties:

• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Focus on process improvement in the transactional area of the business
• Define the reporting system in preparation for the audit
• Work with the external Accountant team in ensuring accounts are reconciled and up to date
• Review VAT returns
• Building accounts team
• Monthly balance sheet and cash reconciliations
• Produce monthly financial reports: Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
  Statement
• Manage the Audit
• Resolve any queries from within the business
• Produce yearly budget
• Produce revenue and expense forecasts
• Analysis on financial performance
• Business partnering with senior management team
• Treasury
• Roll our new finance systems

They are seeking someone who has experience in a similar industry so ideally fashion, e-commerce, fitness or a sportswear brand. The role will also require some experience within a scale up business so the successful candidate is experienced within a fast paced environment.
