We’re looking for an Organisational Development Consultant on an initial 4-month FTC to join one of the most prestigious and globally recognised service providers that we are very lucky and proud to have in the UK.
This organisation are currently in their transformation phase and looking for possibly 2 Organisation Design & Development Consultants to come in and work very closely with the full board of directors and senior management to help lead and deliver complex change initiatives that will transform the organisation, improve efficiency and embed the desired culture for the long term.
This organisation operate all across the UK, although their head offices are located close to London and Hertfordshire, as such, this role will be mostly remote based working, although you will need to be able to get into their site conveniently located in Victoria Station in London for meetings and to work with the team heading up this project.
We are fully open to consultants that are looking for part time or full-time projects and flexible as to how this would be split.
Initially looking at this on a 4-month FTC, but we understand the likelihood is that this could extend to 6 months, possibly even longer.
For this position, the current full-time salary bracket is £60k to £80K dependant on experience (Pro-rata’d if part time and also based on the length of the contract).
Please do note before applying – Due to the nature of this business, they are only able to consider those that can join them as a direct employee and be paid PAYE on either a monthly or weekly basis.
