This is a hybrid position, with the opportunity to work from home after training.
The Ideal Candidate:
- With a minimum of 2 years in an administrative role
- Your self-sufficiency shines through, even in environments with minimal supervision.
- You possess a genuine interest in HR principles, coupled with a solid understanding of their practical applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of crafting and managing all HR-related documentation with accuracy.
- Collaborate with the HR team, offering support and insight into standard HR policies.
- Maintain immaculate HRIS records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Seamlessly navigate leaver administration processes.
- Coordinate HR inductions and exit interviews, ensuring a smooth transition for all involved.
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries via email and phone, resolving them promptly and professionally.
- Utilise SAGE 50 to provide crucial support to the payroll department.
- Oversee the onboarding process, guiding new hires through their integration with ease.
- Assist with payroll audits and compliance checks, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
