Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of crafting and managing all HR-related documentation with accuracy.
• Collaborate with the HR team, offering support and insight into standard HR policies.
• Maintain immaculate HRIS records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Seamlessly navigate leaver administration processes.
• Coordinate HR inductions and exit interviews, ensuring a smooth transition for all involved.
• Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries via email and phone, resolving them promptly and professionally.
• Utilise SAGE 50 to provide crucial support to the payroll department.
• Oversee the onboarding process, guiding new hires through their integration with ease.
• Assist with payroll audits and compliance checks, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
