• Think Accountancy and Finance are supporting a local Hemel Hempstead business in the recruitment of a Sales Ledger and Allocations Assistant. This role requires strong level of Excel with a minimum of look ups and pivot tables experience.

  The business is a successful ecommerce business so if you have experience of working in this industry this would be highly beneficial. In particular we are looking for someone who has experience dealing with Amazon receipts and allocations.

  Key role responsibilities include:

  • Daily posting and allocations of cash receipts using Excel
  • Allocations of Amazon receipts utilising large data sets on Excel
  • Responding to all accounts receivable queries
  • Processing refunds
  • Raising invoices
  • Taking credit card payments
  • Credit Checks
  • Setting up new customers on Sage

  The role requires excellent communications skills and strong attention to detail. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Excel expert to couple their Sales Ledger experience in one role. Working in an SME allows the successful candidate to be part of a close knit team with direct hands on support.

  It is essential that you have good working knowledge of Excel as well as recent practical sales ledger/accounts receivable experience.
