Our client have an exciting opportunity for a candidate with previous IT experience to join their team within a newly created position. This opportunity would suit someone who has previous experience within IT, as well as someone who has a creative interest, as this person will be helping with photography at events.  

Salary  - £28,000 - £35,000 
Based on site in Rickmansworth

Some of the duties will include:

• Review office and site IT helpdesk tickets and ensure they are addressed within a timely manner
• Assist with IT support, monitoring the IT service desk
• Assist the team and management, with the purchase and setup of new IT equipment
• Setup and support of laptops, desktops and mobile devices
• Disposal of redundant IT equipment
• Assist with completion of new starter and leaver procedures
• Provide ad-hoc support to the team
• Provide on-site support at locations as required
• Support users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
• Creating FAQ and instruction guides as required, including internal training sessions
• Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects
• Good awareness of fundamental cyber security and GDPR principles and practices
• In-house photography/video/drone assistant
• Assist with photoshoots and image processing
• Assist with video shoots and video processing and compiling.

The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience within an IT position with a passion for technology
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365
• Ability to liaise with users at all levels
• Good communication skills
• Great attention to detail 
• Passion for learning new platforms 
• Interest in photography and video would a bonus 
• Experience with photoshop would be a benefit
