We are looking to recruit an IT Helpdesk Coordinator for a well-established client based in Hemel Hempstead who are the market leader in their field.
You will be working in a small team of 3 and will be responsible for providing 1st line and some 2nd line support to staff at all levels in the company. The ideal candidate will have some sort of background in IT, whether that be in IT Support, Helpdesk, 1st & 2nd line support or similar.
This is a permanent, full-time position with the opportunity to join a highly supportive team. Hours are Monday to Friday, varying from 8am – 4pm to 9am to 5pm with a 30-minute lunch break. This position is paying up to £33,000 depending on candidate experience.
This position also offers a number of benefits including hybrid working, free on-site parking, 25 days annual leave and you’ll even get your lunch paid for when working on site!
