We’re looking for an organised Administrator to support a local business in Hemel Hempstead for the next 4-5 months on a part-time and temporary basis.

In this role you’d be working very closely with the HR team, but providing more general administration support across the team and business.

As part of this period of time, you’ll begin working with the company in their current offices in the Maylands area and will be part of their office move, but also remaining within the Maylands area.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone that is organised and knows their way around Excel, along with some kind of administration experience – As well as being immediately available for the next 4-5 months and happy to work between 15-20 hours a week.

In this role you’d be focussed on a few key tasks allocated you to flexibly complete during the week:

• Purchase Order/Invoice admin
• Scanning, shredding, filing
• Lunch is provided daily and ordered weekly for the team – Taking in individual lunch orders and placing the order.
• Various other admin duties that relate to certain elements of team care, wellbeing and more.

This role will be working in the head offices based in the Maylands and you would be working 15-20 hours per week, this is very flexible and the team are open to how someone could split their days/hours in the week.

An hourly rate of £13.85 per hour is on offer + holiday accrual and weekly pay.

What do we need?

• The ability to work on a temporary basis over the next 4-5 months and available for 15-20 hours a week on-site in Hemel Hempstead.
• Well-organised.
• MS Excel skills.
