We’re looking for 1-2 Contracts Administrators to join the team on a temporary basis, with an immediate start available.

The role is initially approved for 4 months, however, discussions are already underway to extend the positions through to the end of 2027. If agreed, this could mean around 16 months of work, making this a very attractive opportunity for someone looking for stability for a long period of time with great opportunities for something longer term down the line too.

What will you be doing?

This is a varied administrative role where you’ll support the team across contracts, quotations, tenders and customer queries. You’ll be working with internal teams and customers, keeping information accurate and making sure things move forward efficiently.

Day-to-day, you can expect to:

• Enter, maintain and manage tender, contract and quotation data across ERP and CRM systems.
• Prepare and create quotes and contracts for defined product areas, working within agreed approvals and policies.
• Act as a point of contact for contractual queries and proactively work towards resolving customer requests.
• Deal with pricing queries and liaise with relevant teams to find solutions.
• Complete a range of administrative tasks relating to tenders, contracts and quotations.
• Keep information accurate and up to date while managing a varied workload and competing priorities.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who is energetic, organised and comfortable working at pace. You don’t necessarily need to have worked in exactly the same role before — what’s most important is that you’re confident working with systems, enjoy learning and aren't afraid to ask questions.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Previous experience in a back-office, administration, contracts, quotations, tenders, sales support or similar environment.
• Experience using an ERP or CRM system. SAP experience would be a huge advantage, but it is not essential — experience with another system is absolutely fine if you’re confident picking up new software quickly.
• A naturally curious and inquisitive approach — someone who asks questions, wants to understand how things work and isn't afraid to get stuck in.
• The ability to work at pace and manage a busy workload without losing attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisation skills with a reliable and proactive approach.
• The ability to take initiative, identify problems and look for solutions.
• A flexible attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

SAP or Salesforce experience would be a fantastic bonus, but neither is essential. If you’ve used another CRM, ERP or business system and can demonstrate that you’re a quick learner, we’d love to hear from you.

Working hours & benefits

• Monday to Friday, full-time hours
• Hybrid working: 3 days in the Hemel Hempstead office and 2 days working remotely
• Modern offices based in the Maylands area of Hemel Hempstead
• Free on-site parking
• Weekly pay + holiday accrual
• £28,000–£30,000 salary equivalent, depending on experience
• Immediate start available
• Initially approved for 4 months, with discussions underway to extend through to the end of 2027
