Our client, an ethical business in St Albans, is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join their small but very friendly team. As a company who are experiencing continued growth, they are looking for someone self-motivated, who is ambitious and customer driven, to join them. As the largest company of their kind across the UK, they are very successful already, and becoming more and more well known. The role of the Account Manager will include managing incoming enquiries and following up requests for quotations, providing excellent customer service and helping customers to decide on the right options for them.With parking on site and a generous salary and bonus package, this role is a great opportunity to grow with a quickly growing company alongside a friendly, welcoming team.

Duties to include:

• Providing excellent customer service for new and existing customers
• Contacting customers to follow up inbound enquiries and quote requests
• Providing customer valuations either over the phone or through e-mail
• Managing and supporting (where possible) customer applications either through B2C or B2B contact
• Updating and managing the CRM system with all new and existing enquiries, valuations and call logs
• Speaking to both businesses and customers to resolve queries
