We are pleased to be working with a fantastic company who have grown massively over the years and are now based in the CO4 5WY area in Colchester.

This company are looking for 2 people to come in and assist as a temporary worker to start on Monday/Tuesday and work up until the end of July as they are currently going through a busy period and need help with putting orders onto their system quickly and correctly and also speaking to key accounts about orders on the phone. 

The company are very flexible, ideally they are looking for someone willing to work Monday to Friday and 10am to 4.30pm and the company will also be closed down over the half term period for 1 week this month too, week commencing 27th May. 

They are looking for a strong candidate to join their team asap, this will guarantee flexible working hours, Monday to Friday for over 2 months, possibly longer, paying a rate of £8-£9 per hour dependent on experience. 

Some of the duties will include: 

• Making sure that the all order data is recorded accurately onto bespoke systems
• Ensuring all order/product info including pricing and discounts etc. is correct
• Liaising with customers over the telephone and emails
• Providing general office admin support

The skills required:

• Previous office experience or proven ability to provide good customer service over the phone/email
• Ability to communicate well within a team
• Comfortable using Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail 
• A very positive and can-do attitude 
• You will also need to be strong on a computer/keyboard and have your own access to one, before starting you will be tested on your WPM score in an online test.
