Contract
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts administrator to work for a world- leading manufacturer of high-tech electronics based in Reading for 6-month contract.
Hours:
Monday – Friday 8.30 – 17.00 with an early finish on a Friday
Key responsibilities and tasks
- Processing of Field Maintenance Agreements
- Maintaining contract data on Evatic database
- Processing of click billing data to enable timely processing of invoices
- Processing of leasing and rental documentation
- Processing rental and other fixed charges via Evatic
- Maintaining log of lease and rental contracts and managing the associated sign off process
- Monitoring backorders for toners and managing customer expectations regarding ETAs and deliveries
- Handling proof of delivery notes for toner orders
- Ensuring that returns and credits are handled effectively
- Processing RMAs for toners
- Liaising with Fleet Management Support to ensure software is installed and reporting where required
- Liaise with customers to ensure optimal service delivery
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure efficient provision of service
- Liaise with other departments/divisions as appropriate to ensure optimal delivery of services
- Provide cover, as directed by management, for team absences, maintaining a flexible approach to prioritisation of responsibilities
