Our Client, an international company based n Watford, is looking for a Business Facing Administrator The role will involve supporting various different deparments in an exciting, fast-paced business. We are looking for people with strong administration experience, who has strong people skills, a can-do attitude and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary position for at least 3 months, with the possibiloty of extension.
Overview of duties:
- To provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing teams, this could be a variety of activities and skill flexibility is a key requirement.
- To Liaise with marketing teams and follow up on actions required.
- To create and update the organisational charts.
- Processing purchase orders (SAP), query resolutuon and vendor creation.
- Updating Internal systems and databases.
- Compile presentation materials using PowerPoint and PDF’s and coordinate the preparation of product information packs, sales materials and printed matter.
- Answering ad hoc queries via email or telephone.
Person requirements:
- Highly computer literate
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience in an Administration
- Hands-on “can do” attitude
- Flexible
