We are currently recruiting for an entry-level Accounts Administrator to join our client based in Harpenden. Our client is a well establish Accountancy Practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established Accounting Firm in this supporting role. If you are looking to gain experience within an office environment or you do have 1 – 2 years experience within a similar position then this may be the next role for you. The role offers the opportunity for you to support Accounts, Marketing, bookkeeping and general Admin. The client is happy to almost shape the role around you!

Candidate requirements:

An enthusiastic personality and professional attitude at work
Strong communication skills and confident to work within a team at all levels
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
A ready to learn attitude

Duties to include but not restricted to:

Shadowing and working alongside members of the Accountants supporting them with administrative and transactional finance tasks
Digital Marketing
Processing purchase invoices and raising sales invoices
Assisting with month end duties
Daily bank reconciliations
Work on Excel and Microsoft word

This is more than just the usual Accounts Administrator roles, we are really looking for someone who wants to learn but also has the aptitude!
