Our client, a global retail company are looking for Remote Customer Service Advisors to join their team during the busy Christmas period. 

We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their team on the 8th November and finish mid-January. 

Working hours: 40 hours a week (this rota includes 1 Saturday or Sunday and 1 weekday evening shift a week - flexibility to do these is a requirement)

Duties:

• To support customers over email, web-chat and occasionally the phone 
• Support customers in line with company KPIs 
• To ensure the highest level of customer service at all times

Candidate reqiurements:

• Previous Customer Service experience 
• Ability to use a range of computer systems
• Professional telephone manner and a good standard of written communication 
• Internet access at home
