We are now recruiting for a 100% Email focussed Customer Service Administrator for what is probably the most fun company in Hemel Hempstead, we are looking for a friendly and professional person to join their vibrant “family feel” team to help them cover their busy inbox for the rest of the year, possibly January.

The company operates across the globe with an extensive range of high-quality products found in supermarkets and homes, the team need additional support to ensure emails are being responded to accurately and the best Customer Service is being offered to their increasing client base.

Working hours are flexible, the office is open Monday to Friday, you will need to be mainly office based but once settled after training you can work on a hybrid office and remote rota. The job is also full or part time, ideally someone that can work 30 hours, plus more when busy is useful, but someone free for 20 hours a week is okay too.

This role is to support the team on an ongoing temporary basis from 1st December for the whole of December, then possibly January, paying an hourly rate of £10 per hour (plus holiday) and weekly pay.
