We are recruiting for a group of data entry administrators to support a high-growth international company on a project for at least the next month, on an ongoing basis, with the potential of great temp to permanent opportunities available for the right people too.

This role will be a hybrid position, working 3 days a week in the very modern and trendy Soho office, with 2 days a week, possibly more, working from home.

We are looking for energetic, switched on, proactive and ambitious individuals who would love to expand on previous experience or build some here.

This is a temporary role to start, paying £10 to £12 per hour plus holiday pay, offering guaranteed full-time hours on a hybrid structure, with weekly pay every Friday.

What would you be doing day to day:

• Sourcing relevant data from a variety of sources
• Making sure that the data is accurate, up to date and viable
• Ensuring data is uploaded and categorised correctly on the CRM system
• Making sure data on the system is compliant with GDPR  
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure targets and deadlines are achieved
• Running basic data reports when required

What do we need from you:

• The ability to work in the Soho office weekly to some degree is a must
• Data admin skills via education or work experience is essential
• A can-do attitude and the ability to quickly learn new skills
• A keen eye for detail and data accuracy
• Strong IT skills
• The ability to conduct research and present your findings
• Ability to pick up and work with Databases and CRM systems
• A true team player
• Be a confident communicator both face2face and on video calls
• The desire to continually develop skills
• A passion for working in a busy and energetic environment
