We are currently recruiting for our London based client, a globally known giant in their industry, although a fully remote based role. They are looking for a competent Customer Service Support person that can speak and write in fluent Italian, German AND English to join them on a flexible and ongoing temporary contract.

The successful candidate will be providing support to global customers who have purchased their equipment and require assistance of a technical nature. No previous technical knowledge is required, full training is given.

The role will be remote working, candidates will need to speak and write in Italian, German and English.

Previous customer support experience is needed to a degree, this can be face to face and in retail/hospitality or in an office based role, what is very important is that you have a positive and friendly character and the ability to learn product knowledge and pick up new systems.

This is a part time position, working 22 hours a week, you are required to work 9am to 5pm on the Monday shift, and then can be very flexible with shifts for the rest of the week based on your availability.

This position will be weekly pay and dependant on experience be someone between £12 to £16 per hour + Holiday pay accrual.

Please note before applying – In order to be able to do this role, you will need your own laptop/computer and headset, this role is 100% remote and the requirement is to work 9am to 5pm on a Monday and then flexi-hours are available weekly from Tuesday to Friday.
