We are now recruiting for a group of temporary Customer Account Advisors for one of the most recognisable and used companies in the world, working within their brand-new offices in Staines.

This is a temporary role to help get through the busiest time of year for this company, they are open to people starting as soon as they are free and this temporary role will last until the end of the year, but if the right person finds themselves in this role a permanent position could come up.

The aim of this role will be to provide 100% email-based customer services to their business-to-business customers. As such, we will be looking for people that are able to commit to a temporary project for the next 3 months and you need to have a good customer focussed mentality and your written skills need to be top class.

The position will be paying an hourly rate of £12 per hour + holiday accrual and will be weekly pay.

Please note – This role is fully office based, within new, state of the art offices in Staines, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.

Responsibilities

• You will be handling a number of general order queries daily
• Tracking requests
• Processing customer claims
• General administration tasks
• The main focus of each day will be to provide the best customer service and keep up the impeccable customer service ratings the company already has

Candidate Skills

• Previous customer service or admin experience within an office is essential
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Customer service and admin skills
• Excellent verbal and written comms skills required
• Fantastic people skills and interpersonal skills required
