We are now recruiting for a Customer Account Advisor for one of the most recognisable and used companies in the world, working within their brand-new offices in Staines.

The aim of this role will be to provide 95% email-based customer services to their business-to-business customers and 5% being phone-based communications, as well as compiling reports and any necessary administration duties.

This position will be paying up to £24,000 for the right candidate with some form of customer service-based experience, however if you happen to have some form of logistics experience or are fluent in another European language there could be room to look at a starting salary of £25,000+.

Please note – This role is fully office based, within new, state of the art offices in Staines, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.

Responsibilities

• You will be handling a number of general order queries daily
• Tracking requests
• Generation of weekly, monthly and annual KPI reports for customers
• Processing customer claims
• Resolution of customer queries and coming up with solutions
• General administration tasks
• The main focus of each day will be to provide the best customer service and keep up the impeccable customer service ratings the company already has

Candidate Skills

• Previous customer service or admin experience within an office is essential
• Within this role you’ll be working with spreadsheets and systems to track customer info, so Excel experience is a must
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Customer service and admin skills
• Excellent verbal and written comms skills required
• Fantastic people skills and interpersonal skills required
