We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator for a global company with one of their offices based in Luton, in Capability Green, to start working with them as a temp as soon as possible.
This role is a great chance for someone to get into quick full-time work, but they also offer flexible working and could consider fewer days or shorter working days for the right person. As well as this role needing to be office based for a few weeks in Luton to be trained, and then you will be given equipment and the choice to be office or remote based is yours.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that partner some of the largest and high-profile companies in the world. You will be assigned to their UK based clients, customers and suppliers and speaking to them daily on the phone, providing updates and keeping on top of any relevant admin and data input tasks; as well as being involved in other projects.
A good telephone manner and quality communication skills are essential, training will be given but you will need to be comfortable using a computer and microsoft office packages - Making this the ideal position for a graduate or school leaver looking for experience, or a student or parent looking for a flexible role.
Core hours are 9am-5pm with an hourly rate of £9 to £10 (plus holiday pay).
