We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a dynamic and vibrant team of hard working employees who are on the look out for a new team member to help with their busy work load.

This position will suit candidates who have experience in an Accounts Payable role and a true team player. This is a permanent full time vacancy working Monday – Friday. Our Client is offering a hybrid working model working remotely as well as in the offices.

The Position:

• Fast and accurate entry of invoices
• Code all invoices and credit notes
• Verification of invoices
• To ensure all payments are correctly allocated
• Resolving queries with internal and external Contacts
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts to statement
• Preparation of supplier payments within deadlines
• Resolving queries with department managers

The Suitable Candidate:

• Previous Accounts Payable experience in a high volume environment
• Use of MS Office programs – excel, word, outlook
• The ability to work on own initiative and under pressure, with efficiency and accuracy
• A personable individual with excellent administration and organisation skills
• Confident, possessing an excellent telephone manner with clear and concise communication skills both verbally and written.
