Think Accountancy and Finance are looking for a Company Secretary to join a business in Borehamwood.

They are looking for someone who has ICSA membership plus relevant company secretarial experience.

Working in the Financial Services industry this is a great time to join the business having grown their business by 50% in the last two years.

This role will start as an assistant to the Company Secretary and progress after 6 months.

• Provide proactive and technical support to the Company Secretary
• Work with the executive management and board members to ensure compliance with the Companies Act
• Preparation and filing of all statutory documents in relation to the business
• Arrange all Board Committees and other meetings
• Compile meeting packs
• Ensure that the companys statutory records are kept up to date and comply with current legislation
• Assist with projects as required

Required experience:

• To have held the office of secretary for a public company or be a Qualified Accountant
• Have excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and work well in a fast paced environment
• Experience using Board intelligence/Diligent Boards
