Think Specialist Recruitment have registered an opportunity to join a market leader's UK head office based in Watford. We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to join a global company; you will be providing B2B customer service to retailers in relation to products which includes organising repairs, replacements and refunds of products.

Office Hours: Monday - Friday working 09:00 - 17:00 

Hybrid working (3 days in the office!)

The company have free on-site parking and are on public transport routes.

Duties to include:

• Dealing with enquiries from retailers in a professional and efficient manner
• Handling enquiries received by telephone and email
• Resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
• Offering solutions to customers working to company guidelines
• Issuing service/repair requests to engineers
• Logging calls onto the internal call logging system
• Carrying out fault diagnosis on products and providing guidance to customers
• Various administrative tasks

The suitable candidate:

• Previous office-based Customer Service is essential 
• Strong communication skills
• Strong relationship building skills 
• Good IT skills
