Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading organisation in Central St Albans. This exciting company have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to join their team.
This opportunity would suit someone who has previously managed a smaller team, has a passion for delivering a high level of customer service, as well as someone who enjoys leading a team. 

Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 plus great benefits 
4 days in the office with 1 day from home

Some of the duties will include:

• Managing a 4 person customer service team 
• Allocate cases daily to Customer Service team 
• Run weekly management reports for operations team and present to the executive team
• Facilitate ongoing training and development of staff 
• Manage continuous improvement within the department 
• Support the customer service team to ensure targets are met
• Ensuring processes and procedures are followed correctly 
• Conduct regular 1-2-1 meetings with the team
• Resolve all customer service complaint escalations 
• Liaise with other departments, retailers and external partners 
• Organise meetings with internal managers to discuss improvements to the customer service team

The suitable candidate:

• Minimum of 5 years experience within customer service management 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Experience of leading a team 
• Ability to work on own initiative 
• Approachable and adaptable 
• Good attention to detail 
• Good problem solving skills 
• Decisive 
• Local to St Albans - happy to be office based 4 days a week
