We are recruiting for an award-winning logistics company based near the Maylands Industrial Estate in Hemel Hempstead, looking to recruit an Administrator on a temporary basis for the next 2-3 months.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Administration experience to work alongside a highly experienced team and renowned company to provide support for a few months and possibly even be exposed to elements of import, export and customs if of interest.

You would be joining a forward-thinking, award-winning organisation that provide a top-class service and work with products that most people across the world will use and recognise.

This role is very heavily focussed on administration, so someone organised and able to multitask projects and absorb information is a must.

This role is on a temporary basis, working 4x days a week between, 8.30am to 5pm, the position is hybrid working and you'd have the option to work 2 days in the office, 2 days from home (or a 3 in/1wfh split if preferred). 

Free parking is on site and not easy to get to via public transport, so ideally will need to be very local to the Maylands area or a driver.

This is weekly pay as it’s temporary work, paying a rate of between £11.50 to £13, very much dependant on your experience and knowledge in relation to the role, plus holiday accrual and also free lunches when in the offices.


What to expect day-to-day:

You’d be providing administration support to the customs team, so they will be preparing declarations and documentation in relation to the import/export of goods, working with their key customers on any logistics queries and resolving them as well as processing orders/jobs. We’re not expecting someone without experience in this to jump straight in, but they have a number of administrative elements to their team which someone could dive into and start supporting on from an early stage.
