We have an exciting HR Advisor job opportunity based across sites in the Edmonton/Enfield area, supporting circa 250 employees and working closely with the People and Culture Manager and supporting the senior leadership team and department managers.  Working in an educational setting, the organisation has ambitious plans centred around their People strategy and this role will play an important part in successfully delivering key elements.

They are looking for a competent HR professional with strong ER knowledge coupled with generalist HR experience, ideally at HR Advisor level or with the competence to move up into an Advisory role. There is scope for progression and development, plus the chance to work in a unique, supportive environment.
