We are recruiting for a successful and growing company based in Berkhamsted and looking for someone to join them as a Customer Orders Coordinator.

As part of this role you will be processing orders, booking shipments and deliveries and liaising with customers, so good administration and communication skills are essential.

This is a permanent role and please note that due to the location of this role, you will need to be able to commute to an office in the heart of Berkhamsted, free parking is available on site.

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm or 8.30am to 5pm with a shorter lunch break, this role is offering a starting salary between £25,000 to £26,500. Benefits include, annual bonus and healthcare, dental, optical, physio and more!  

Some of the duties will include:

• Dealing with customer enquiries over email and telephone.
• Processing of sales orders.
• Booking shipping and transport using logistics providers.
• Coordinating order fulfilment.
• Dealing with general queries.
• Ad hoc customer service/sales administration.

The skills required:

• Some level of customer service or admin experience is necessary.
• ERP/CRM system experience would be useful.
• Any experience of processing orders or dealing with returns would be strongly desired.
• Confident oral and written communicator.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Microsoft Office.
• Team Player.
• Self-motivated with a positive approach.
