Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well established organisation based within the St Albans area, they have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Specialist to join their growing team. 

This is an office based role, Monday - Friday 
Salary - £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

Some of the duties will include:

• Providing first level support to end users, addressing hardware, software and network related issues 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and desktops, laptops, printers and more
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access rights in accordance with company policies 
• Work with managed service provider with any escalations 
• Assisting in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software
• Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of cyber security protocols and procedures 
• Learn and assist in data extraction 
• Support the transformation of raw data into usable formats for analysis and reporting 
• Data quality checks and troubleshooting 

The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience within a similar position 
• Happy to be office based 
• Experience with Windows 
• Experience with Mac is desirable but not essential 
• Experience with databases or data management tools is a plus
