We are looking to recruit an IT Helpdesk Coordinator for a well-established client based in Hemel Hempstead who are the market leader in their field.

You will be working in a small team of 3 and will be responsible for providing 1^st line and some 2^nd line support to staff at all levels in the company. The ideal candidate will have some sort of background in IT, whether that be in IT Support, Helpdesk, 1^st & 2^nd line support or similar.

This is a permanent, full-time position with the opportunity to join a highly supportive team. Hours are Monday to Friday, varying from 8am – 4pm to 9am to 5pm with a 30-minute lunch break. This position is paying up to £33,000 depending on candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding, changing and offboarding users in AD, Google and other systems.
• 1st line and some 2nd line support for users with computer problems, including supporting users remotely.
• Installing equipment at users’ desks.
• Re-imaging computers using SCCM.
• Supporting warehouse users.
• Checking the state of the network.
• Documenting procedures.
• Working within IT Security framework.

Candidate Experience:

• The individual must be able and willing to solve problems and to give reassurance and confidence to all users in a patient manner.
• Good general knowledge / experience of current Windows Desktop, MS Office and all aspects of Gsuite (Preferable but not essential).
• Understand IT hardware and basic networking infrastructure.
• Must be a good organiser and able to document processes clearly.
• Must be a quick learner.
• Must be a team player.
• Constantly aware of IT Security.
