We are recruiting for a global and really interesting company based in M16 area of Manchester who are looking for an administrator to come in and support on a very admin/data heavy project for the next 4 months.

This is going to be a fantastic temp project for someone with good admin skills, you could be someone with a full career in admin or even a more junior/grad level candidate – but the one non-negotiable in this role is that you need to have very good Excel skills.

On a daily basis you’ll be supporting one of the directors on a key project and mainly looking over lots of data, spreadsheets and information passed your way and will be analysing and comparing this information through Excel in the way of lookups, comparisons and more.

The standard days/hours in this role would be Mon-Fri and 8-4, 9-5 or similar, working a 37.5 hour week – However for the right person we could also consider someone on a part-time basis too and work around school runs or a similar schedule.

This will be paid weekly with it being a temporary project, paying a rate of around £13 to £14 per hour + holiday accrual and dependant on the experience/level of candidate we’re able to find.

What to expect day-to-day:

Data Administration and Analysis – Very much focussed on looking through pricing reports, databases, spreadsheets and much more information, taking this data and working with it on Excel to put together reports analysing this information.
