The role will include a mix of finance, admin, and customer support so is ideal for someone who enjoys a broad role.

Finance & Accounting

• Processing daily payments (cash, card, BACS, cheques) and reconciling bank activity.
• Posting journals and supplier invoices.
• Handling customer payment queries and issuing credit notes.
• Managing company credit cards and DVL payments.
• Creating new supplier accounts and maintaining financial spreadsheets.
• Supporting the Finance Manager during annual audits.

Office & Administrative Support

• Acting as the first point of contact on the phone.
• Managing office stationery and supplies.
• Filing and maintaining accurate records.
• Providing cover for Accounts Assistant duties when needed.

Systems You’ll Use

• Microsoft Office (Excel at intermediate level)
• HR & payroll systems
• Internal business platforms

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in finance administration or a similar role.
• Confident with Excel and comfortable learning new systems.
• A natural organiser with strong attention to detail.
• Someone who enjoys helping colleagues and supporting customers.
• A proactive, positive team player.

This role is ideal for someone is looking for a stable and friendly working environment. It is vital you have access to a car as public transport is limited.

Please note that the position will be fully office based with no hybrid working.
