£26,542.43 per annum
Full Time | 35 hours per week | Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

The Role

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll be responsible for handling a variety of enquiries via telephone, email and online channels, ensuring every interaction is dealt with professionally and efficiently.

This is a varied role combining customer service and administration, where you'll work closely with colleagues to provide a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service across phone, email and online enquiries.
• Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Record and maintain accurate customer information.
• Update internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Support the wider team with a range of administrative tasks.
• Resolve enquiries wherever possible at the first point of contact.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer journey.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous customer service experience within an office-based environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• A confident and professional telephone manner.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to prioritise a busy workload and multitask effectively.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers.
