We are pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a company based in Hemel Hempstead. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a warm, welcoming, and close-knit team. We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic candidates, someone that is confident in dealing with customers and processing orders.

Starting salary is £21,000 per year. There an employee bonus of £200 a month that kicks in after a successful probation. There is also a yearly bonus subject to company performance.

8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Duties: 

• Day to day management, co-ordination, administration and ordering
• Taking calls, submitting orders, logging faults, and building accounts for billing.
• Provide Customer support throughout the order process.
• Dealing with customers' orders from start to finish by e-mail and phone
• Resolve order process issues
• Liaise with Suppliers and Engineers
• If necessary escalate enquiries to engineers or suppliers
• Track all issues to a successful conclusion
• Processing equipment Order to suppliers

Candidate requirements:

• Strong customer service background
• Admin experience desirable but not essential – Training provided
• Energetic in personal, written, and telephone interactions.
• Meticulous organisation and attention to detail.
• Technically competent. MS Office suite.
• Ability to develop and document procedures and systems.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and spoken English as this is a customer service role
• Well-presented and have excellent communication skills
