Hemel Hempstead | Hybrid Working After Probation (Minimum 2 days in the office)

Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor looking for a part-time opportunity with a professional and supportive organisation?

We're recruiting for a experienced customer-focused individual to join a well-established organisation that prides itself on delivering a high-quality service to its customers. The Role

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll be responsible for handling a variety of enquiries via telephone, email and online channels, ensuring every interaction is dealt with professionally and efficiently.

This is a varied role combining customer service and administration, where you'll work closely with colleagues to provide an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service across phone, email and online enquiries.
• Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Record and maintain accurate customer information.
• Update internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Support the wider team with a range of administrative tasks.
• Resolve enquiries wherever possible at the first point of contact.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer journey.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• 2/3 years previous customer service experience within an office-based environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• A confident and professional telephone manner.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers.
